I'm looking for an accounts payable technician for my client in the east end of Montreal. This is a permanent contract, with only one day in the office and 4 days telecommuting.
Your responsibilities :
- Assist our service centers in the process of receiving and authorizing invoices (Goods and Services);
- Ensure the accuracy of receipts awaiting processing (CARS);
- Responsible for the correct processing of invoices in compliance with the internal invoicing procedure in the SenSaas payable system;
- Manage anomalies;
- Collect credit balances;
- Reconcile account statements;
- Ensure application of internal controls and participate in various internal audits;
- Provide administrative support to suppliers and internal customers;
- Follow up on various files;
- Participate in various departmental projects;
- Ability to work with high volume

- DEC in accounting or equivalent;
- Results-oriented;
- Focus on customer satisfaction;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Demonstrate professional ethics;
- Initiative, rigor and autonomy;
- Ability to work on different computer systems;
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of software : MS Office suite, AS400 and SenSaas an asset;
- Knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft or Oracle would be an asset
- Experience of ERP system implementation an asset
- Availability and flexibility in work schedule.
