I'm looking for a Payroll Technician for a company in the construction sector located in Sorel-Tracy.
Mission
- Perform and verify payroll for all employees (union & non-union)
- Ensure compliance with provincial payroll laws and union rules
- Involvement in the improvement and development of applications affecting the payroll process (TIPS, time sheet management software)
- Ensure proper payroll project allocation
- Analysis and follow-up of payroll-related expense accounts
- Follow-up of employee files
- All other payroll-related tasks
Your profile
- Payroll and knowledge of CCQ (an asset) union environment CSST and CNT
- Excel and computer skills
- Rigorous work ethic
- Organizational skills
- File follow-up
- Establish work methods and procedures to avoid skipping steps
