Mission
We are currently hiring a Maintenance Director for a manufacturing company located in Longueuil. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an attractive salary and competitive benefits.
Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Director, you will play a key role in optimizing and managing industrial equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading all preventive and corrective maintenance operations across multiple production sites.
- Managing and supporting a technical team, including electromechanics, maintenance technicians, and planners.
- Implementing innovative maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.
- Overseeing the management of spare parts inventory and material supply.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance.
- Establishing performance indicators and maintaining strict oversight of maintenance budgets.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate who thrives on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent diploma.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanics, electricity, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Leadership: Proven experience in team management and project leadership.
- Languages: Proficiency in French, English is an asset.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with maintenance management software and ERP systems.
- Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
