Mission

The main responsibilities of this position will be to plan, coordinate and supervise all maintenance and renovation work carried out by the company. He/she will also be responsible for the procurement of the company's goods and services.

In supervision there are :
- 1 Procurement Coordinator
- 1 Maintenance Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responds to repair, maintenance and supply requests for stores;
Evaluates, organizes and supervises various maintenance and renovation projects;
Assigns and coordinates the work of maintenance personnel;
Negotiates prices and contracts with various suppliers and ensures that purchases comply with company requirements;
Ensures quality, durability and good prices in all purchases of goods and services;
Monitors the accuracy of supplier invoicing;
Consult available suppliers and analyze quotations for various products under his/her responsibility;
Purchases all types of office supplies and materials used in the company;
Evaluate the company's material resource requirements;

Your profile

College diploma in administration, emergency management or other related field;
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience;
Knowledge of the Office Suite;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Negotiation skills;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Understanding of logistics principles;
Autonomous and resourceful;
Bilingualism.

The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons:
Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.
Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.
Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.
