What does the recruitment process involve for candidates?

When you send us your résumé, whether through our unsolicited application form or by applying directly for one of the many jobs we have posted, it is quickly taken in hand by one of our recruitment advisors. They will analyze it carefully, going over every detail.

If your profile matches what a partner company is looking for, one of our recruitment advisors will call you to arrange a first meeting!

The first meeting will be an in-depth interview to get to know you better: your career path, skills, expectations and most importantly, what exactly you are seeking. At the end of this interview, we will present you with one or more job listings that match your job search. If you want to proceed, we will present your profile to our client and arrange a meeting.

Our advisors will help you prepare for the interviews. From skills to highlight to experience to explain in greater detail during the interview, everything is planned to maximize your success!

We will then keep you constructively informed of the outcome of the interview, whether the results are positive or not. We will accompany you throughout the entire recruitment process, until you receive a job offer. And don’t worry, we won’t leave you on your own after that! If you wish, we will also be there to guide you during the signing of your contract, as well as during the onboarding process.

Your recruitment advisor will be there for you at every stage of your new professional adventure, providing advice through Fed Group’s personalized support. And if you do not find your next job the first time, your résumé will be in our talent pool for Greater Montréal, to which all our advisors have access. You may well be called back once a new job that matches your talents is posted!

If you are not contacted within the first few days of applying, it may be that no job currently matches your profile. Create alerts via our job list to stay informed, and keep applying for our posted jobs.
