Je m'appelle Romane, conseillère en recrutement et développement des affaires chez Fed Finance, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans le recrutement des métiers de la finance. J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaire et permanent sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Notre équipe d'experts en finance parle votre langue et évolue dans votre univers. Nous couvrons les métiers de la comptabilité, de la finance et de la paie.
Je recherche un chef comptable pour mon client, une entreprise du secteur manufacturier. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à Henryville en mode hybride.
Mission
• Prepare the companies’ end-of-month file (reconciliations and analyses)
• Monitor bank accounts and loans
• Produce various analysis reports
• Update weekly financial dashboards
• Ensure monitoring of cash flows (accounts receivable and payable)
• Supervises the preparation of payroll and the management of employee files
• Prepare periodic government declarations and remittances (DAS, GST/TVQ, T4/R1 etc.)
• Knowledge of American sales taxes (an asset)
• Prepare and record end-of-month entries
• Manage customer credit and monitor receipts of all customer accounts
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements by carrying out account reconciliations
• Review the TECs of current projects
• Participate in taking inventories and analyze discrepancies
• Participate in end-of-year processes for our 3 companies
• Participate in the implementation of a new ERP accounting system (Winter 2025)
• Participate in the budget process
Your profile
• Obtaining the CPA title
• Undergraduate university degree (accounting)
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years
• Payroll management experience (an asset)
• Mastery of the Office suite (mainly Excel)
• Experience in the construction industry (an asset)
• Good knowledge of the accounting cycle and payroll processing
• Demonstrate respect for confidentiality rules
• Has knowledge of accounting software (SAGE an asset)
• Has excellent organizational skills
• Has good analytical skills and works rigorously
• Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
