I'm looking for a trust accounting clerk for my client in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent, face-to-face contract in the heart of downtown.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of trust accounts;
- Make deposits to trust accounts and record transfers received in trust accounts.

- Coordinate with institutions, staff and lawyers on all trust account investments

- Respond to requests for information from staff members, lawyers and banks

- File/digitize all documents related to trust accounts as required.

Your profile
Skills and experience required:
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) or equivalent in accounting,
finance or related field required;
- Basic accounting skills;
- At least 1 to 3 years' experience in accounting;
- Experience in a professional services organization is an asset;
- Knowledge of Maître software is also an asset;
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);
- Computer literate (Office Suite);
- Positive, results-oriented, solution-oriented and customer service-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team, be autonomous, meticulous, rigorous and organized

- Ability to deliver a high volume of work in a short time.
