Mission

Hello, I am Océane, a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll professions.

I am currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for my client, an accounting firm with around twenty employees located in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position.

The tasks are as follows:
- Entering accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting with follow-ups and recording expense reports and timesheets
- Reviewing client invoicing
- Performing month-end entries and bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparing various government reports (GST, QST, etc.)
- Participating in ad-hoc administrative projects assigned throughout the year
- Performing all administrative tasks related to the team

Your profile

- Have a DEC in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Experience in an accounting firm
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
