Mission
Your missions, with the support of a Team Leader, will be:
- Develop your own customer portfolio, like an entrepreneur you manage your entire commercial relationship, from prospecting to appointments, from negotiation to loyalty;
- Position yourself as a provider of solutions to your candidates and your clients: expert in your environment, you have an advisory role to best guide your recruitment missions.
- Make our candidates and clients smile after having met their respective expectations;
- Source and interview candidates specializing in your field in order to understand their research and position them with our French-speaking and English-speaking clients.
Your profile
The Profile we are looking for;
- Graduate of a university degree, BAC in Business Administration, or HR or equivalent
- Bilingual French and English
- Rigor and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills
- Very strong taste for challenge and constant surpassing oneself
