Mission
I am looking for a Finance Manager for a company located in the Laurentians.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Finance, your duties will be to :
- Supervise all the department's accounting and finance activities
- Manage a team of 20 employees (10 direct)
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting process
- Monitor and analyse financial budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse financial performance and implement indicators
- Produce financial reports for the Board of Directors
- Other related tasks
Your profile
What we are looking for:
- 10 years‘ experience in accountancy, with a minimum of 5 years’ management experience
- Have a management style that makes the department a success and adapts to each of its employees
- CPA designation
- A mastery of Excel at the level of pivot tables and Vlookup.
What we offer:

- A salary between 140k and 150k with a 15% to 20% bonus
