I'm looking for a file manager for an accounting firm in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Here are the main tasks to be performed for a French and English-speaking clientele:
Conduct tax research and propose appropriate solutions;
- Draft tax memorandums and notices of objection;
- Prepare various tax forms (CDC, rollover, NR6, NR4 etc.);
- Prepare and draft opinions and other tax documents;
- Carry out various representations to tax authorities (oral and written);
- Meet with clients;
- Assist accounting staff with their files;
- Participate in company purchases/sales (SMEs); and
- Any other related tasks.
Your profile
- Master's degree in taxation;
- CPA designation;
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role in an accounting firm;
- Fluency in both spoken and written French;
- Functionally bilingual (French/English);
- Knowledge of TaxPrep (T1-T2-T3), TaxNetPro and TaxFind software.
