I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment.

I'm looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager for my client in downtown Montreal, this is a permanent position.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Perform the complete payroll cycle.
- Produce and transmit Records of Employment when required.
- Ensure quality and compliance in the processing and transmission of data related to payroll, the various group insurance plans and the pension plan.
- Create and process payroll-related documents.
- Compile data and update various reports related to payroll and benefits.
- Ensure the quality and compilation of information concerning the Skills
Act.
- Responsible for various tasks related to benefits administration.
- Manage vacation and sick leave banks.
- Ensure the year-end process (T4, Relevé 1, SST, etc.).
- Perform other duties as required.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, human resources or other related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, including concrete experience in
accounting, group insurance administration and other benefits.

- Good knowledge of provincial and federal principles and regulations, as well as payroll and human resources standards.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nethris payroll system.
- Very good knowledge of standard computer tools, specifically Excel.
- Good French and English language skills.
- Experience in the legal field (asset).
- Member of the Canadian Payroll Association (asset).
- Autonomy and discretion.
- Sense of priorities, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Willingness to provide fast, efficient service to the clientele concerned.
- Ability to manage several files at once, depending on priorities.
