Hello, I’m Océane, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, in the Greater Montreal area, and I specialize in supporting accounting firms.
I am currently looking for an insolvency specialist for an accounting firm in downtown Montreal.
Your responsibilities:
-Analyze the financial situation of distressed clients and assess the viability of restructuring or liquidation.
-Advise clients on the legal options available in insolvency procedures (judicial recovery, liquidation, etc.).
-Prepare files for legal and administrative procedures, ensuring their compliance.
-Negotiate with creditors and external partners to find appropriate solutions.
-Develop restructuring plans and support businesses in their implementation.
-Ensure thorough follow-up of cases and meet legal deadlines.
Your profile
-CPA title, a strong asset
-3-5 years of experience in an accounting firm
-Strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Rigor, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure
