My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for a specialized distribution company located in Boucherville.

Mission

DETAILED FUNCTIONS

- Account for credit card accounts.
- Review and approve production orders.
- Follow-up on royalty contracts.
- Account for inter-company purchases and sales (payable merchandise and freight in various currencies).
- Produce commission reports and follow up with sales representatives and payroll department.
- Analyze various reconciliation accounts.
- Reconcile transitory accounts (GR/FR-IR) and follow up with buyers on necessary corrections.
- Participate in the month-end file.
- Produce various analyses.
- Participate in the payment process.

Your profile

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- AEC in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
- Bilingualism (French and English), as some of our teams are based in the US, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing.
- Very good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level or higher).
- Knowledge of SAP or other integrated system (asset)
