I'm Fiona, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Receivables and Payables Technician for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a one-month temporary position in hybrid mode.
Mission
The incumbent is responsible for processing payable, receivable accounting transactions.
In addition :
- Responsible for producing sales invoices and sending to customers.
- Receive supplier invoices and review with corresponding purchase orders.
- Cash customers in the system and answer customer questions.
- Prepare cheques and bank transfers for signature and approval.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Enter and reconcile corporate credit card statements.
- All other related duties.
Your profile
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Spoken and written French/English.
- Autonomy, rigor, confidentiality and efficiency.
- Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Out look).
- College diploma (DEC).
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
