Mission
The position holder performs the following tasks:
• Opening contracts and orders;
• Verifying and invoicing orders;
• Invoicing damaged or lost equipment by customers;
• Recording invoices on various platforms or customer interfaces;
• Maintaining communication with customers and team members;
• Performing various administrative tasks.
Your profile
QUALIFICATIONS
• College diploma or equivalent experience;
• Knowledge of advanced Excel and Word software;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English (part of the clientele is English-speaking, and the position requires email and verbal communication in English).
