Hello, I'm Marine, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance and payroll. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
I'm looking for an accounting technician for my client, an accounting firm located in the east end of the island of Montreal. This is a permanent position.
Duties include:
- Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Participate in the follow-up and accounting of expense reports and time sheets.
- Review customer invoices
- Perform month-end entries and bank reconciliations
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Prepare various government reports (GST, QST, etc.)
- Participate in ad hoc administrative projects assigned during the year
- All administrative tasks related to the team
Your profile
- DEC in accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience in an accounting firm
- Fluency in written and spoken French
