Mission
Hello, I am Océane, Recruitment Consultant and Business Development Officer at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, in the Greater Montreal area.
I am currently looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, an accounting firm located in the East of Montreal Island. This is a permanent position.
The tasks are as follows:
-Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Participate in tracking and recording expense reports and timesheets
-Review client invoicing
-Perform month-end journal entries and bank reconciliations
-Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
-Prepare various government reports (GST, QST, etc.)
-Participate in ad-hoc administrative projects assigned throughout the year
-Perform any administrative tasks related to the team
Your profile
-Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping
-Experience in an accounting firm
-Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, to communicate with both French and English-speaking clients
