IT Business Analyst

Mission
I'm looking for an IT Business Analyst for one of our customers, located near Drummondville. This is a permanent position, based on 4 days remote, one day on site. Salary varies according to experience ($75,000 to $85,000) - based on a 40-hour week.
Your responsibilities will include :
• Identify and implement innovative solutions by developing processes aligned with business needs, in collaboration with the development team.
• Analyze, design, configure and test business processes and functional changes related to ERP and other applications
• Provide expertise on improvement opportunities and contribute to the optimization of existing elements
• Ensure the management and delivery of IT projects, covering all stages: needs analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing phase, deployment, and customer training
• Drive the definition and adherence to the business case for new solutions and services
• Identify, analyze, document and validate the organization's business needs and requirements
• Translate needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring completeness and quality of system requirements in alignment with corporate strategy
• Keep abreast of the latest technological trends, including the use of data and artificial intelligence, to generate value for the company
Your profile
• Degree in computer science, networking or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of SAP for manufacturing production, module: PP-MM-SD-WM
• Good knowledge of application technologies and environments (ERP, CRM, web and mobile applications, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team spirit
• Fluency in French and English (company has a strong presence in the USA)
