Mission
I am currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients. This is a permanent, hybrid position. Salary varies according to experience ($80,000 to $100,000).
Your duties will include :
- Work closely with integration specialists and project stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Research, analyze and define integration requirements based on business needs, with a particular focus on process improvement and system optimization.
- Map, document and analyze data flows between core systems (such as ERP, TMS, WMS), ensuring data integrity and smooth operations.
- Facilitate and oversee the testing and validation phases of integration solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
- Document integration solutions and regularly review existing processes to propose and implement improvements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in systems integration, process optimization and data flow management.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business analysis, information systems or related field.
- 3+ years experience in integration analysis, systems analysis or similar role, ideally in the transportation or 3PL industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex systems and processes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create documentation and communicate progress.
- Experience with TMS and ERP systems is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
