Mission
I'm looking for an IT Coordinator for one of our customers, located on the South Shore of Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position. Salary varies according to experience ($85,000 to $95,000) - on a 40-hour week basis.
Your responsibilities will include :
• Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and established quality standards.
• Oversee the maintenance, updating and security of IT systems, with a focus on problem prevention and business continuity
• Ensure the implementation, customization and continuous improvement of tools such as SAP Business One ERP and Power BI.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business needs and deliver appropriate IT solutions, thereby enhancing process efficiency.
• Design and deploy new systems, such as ticketing for IT requests or the Zendesk service, to contribute to the continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure
• Keep abreast of technological trends and advances relevant to the industry, constantly evaluating new opportunities and solutions to improve the efficiency of our infrastructure
• Develop, implement and maintain rigorous IT security policies, ensuring the protection of company data against internal and external threats
• Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate future business needs and recommend innovative technological solutions to meet these requirements
• Ensure compliance with software licenses, managing inventory, updates and renewals as required
• Optimize IT costs while maintaining high levels of performance and security
Your profile
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with particular expertise in SAP Business One would be an asset
• Ability to manage IT projects, programming skills, good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating harmoniously in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in French and English
