IT Project Manager

Mission
I'm looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our customers, located on the South Shore of Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position, 2 days on site. Salary offered varies according to experience ($80,000 to $90,000) - on a 40h week basis.
Your missions :
• Contribute to projects related to business areas and technologies (ERP, HR, web platform)
• Participate in the evolution of the organization's business processes through automation, integration of new technological tools, continuous improvement, as well as the implementation of new operational procedures and internal policies;
• Plan and lead project-related meetings, while drafting minutes including actions to be undertaken by each stakeholder.
• Follow up on actions and deadlines, and report on anticipated issues or difficulties as necessary
• Facilitate the coordination and smooth running of projects by mobilizing different teams to reduce redundant actions and improve task efficiency
• Monitor work, costs and invoices of IT subcontractors involved
• Validate and test compliance of programming with expected functionalities
• Keep abreast of new solutions and potential project partners
• Advise the organization's management on improvement strategies, innovations and technological shifts to be undertaken
• Maintain a technology watch to identify emerging trends
Your profile
• DEC in computer science
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Office 365, Office Suite, Power BI, Power Point, Excel, Power Automate)
• Mastery of project management software
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Intermediate level of English (oral and written) to be able to communicate with colleagues in Ontario and external partners
• Knowledge of Agile project management (an asset)
