Mission

Your Role

I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in machinery and equipment located in Montreal East, for a Permanent Electrical Designer – 39.5 hours per week (paid 40 hours). Hybrid work available (2 days per week).

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include:

-Analyzing client requirements and identifying necessary equipment for product design.
-Designing control panels (automation-focused, no power circuits).
-Defining the Bill of Materials (BOM) and selecting components.
-Calculating electrical loads.
-Modifying and adjusting electrical drawings.
-Collaborating closely with the production team.
-Writing technical documentation for each product.
-Performing additional tasks related to the role as needed.

Your Profile

-Experience: Minimum 2 years in control panel design or a similar role.
-Education: DEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (experience will be prioritized).
-Languages: Fluent in French.
-Tools: Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical.

Conditions and Benefits
-Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually (based on experience).
