Mission
Your function
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the field of electrical transport located in Boucherville, a Quality Specialist - Permanent position 40 hours per week.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Develop and implement quality control objectives for manufacturing
- Identify and resolve root causes and corrective actions, working with engineering and production teams
- Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement and monitor KPIs and associated documentation according to standards
- Deploy quality tools (FMEA) and QPQP to support the various teams
- All other tasks related to the position

Your profile
-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
-Bilingual French - English
-Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards
-Knowledge of GD&T, Key Characteristics, FAI processes
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management best practices
-Knowledge of CMVSS, FMVSS, D-250 and CARB standards an asset
-Knowledge of Office suite and PowerBi
-Ability to travel in Quebec and abroad
- Salary: $90k - $100k depending on experience
-Weekday position with flexible hours, full insurance, company RRSP.
