Mission
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a food manufacturing company based in Sainte-Thérèse, for a Production Line Supervisor – Permanent Position – Evening/Night Shift – 40h/week
Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities while ensuring efficient team management and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee daily operations, monitor production efficiency, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Team Supervision: Manage production staff, assign tasks, coordinate breaks, and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality and food safety standards.
- Health & Safety: Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized production environment.
- Training & Development: Support employee training and onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your Background
- Education: College diploma (AEC) in manufacturing supervision, management, or a relevant field (an asset)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (Fidelio is a plus); basic Excel skills
- Languages: Advanced French (oral & written), basic English (oral)
- Availability: Willingness to work evening and night shifts based on operational needs
- Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 based on experience
