Mission
Your role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor for a leading food company located in Ville Saint Laurent – Day shift.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities include:
-Overseeing the proper handling of perishable goods, particularly in the sorting room and during product repackaging and sanitation phases.
-Ensuring the smooth operation of the transformation room for packaging vegetables or roots.
-Supervising a team of 5 people
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards as well as hygiene and cleanliness regulations.
-Managing inventory and ensuring data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
-Writing weekly and monthly reports.
-Actively participating in the hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of staff.

Your profile
Your profile
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with staff management.
-College or university degree in operations management.
-Knowledge of MAPAQ and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
-Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Salary and benefits
Salary: $60k- $80k, depending on experience and skills.
-On-site position on the day shift.
-35-hour workweek, not 40 hours.
