Your Role
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturer of machinery and equipment based in Baie-d'Urfée, looking for a Production Supervisor – Permanent position, 37.5h/week.
Reporting directly to the Production Director, your responsibilities will include:
-Supervise and lead a production team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety objectives are met.
-Implement and optimize Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
-Analyze existing processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
-Coordinate daily operations while ensuring compliance with production deadlines and quality standards.
-Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
-Actively participate in the training and development of employees under your supervision.
-Monitor and analyze performance indicators to adjust actions accordingly.
-Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient production.
-Manage priorities and resolve production issues in real time.
-Other related tasks.

Your profile
Your Profile
-Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
-Education: Minimum university diploma in industrial engineering, manufacturing production, or a related field.
-Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required.
English is required for this position due to the following reasons:
• Communication with North American clients.
• Collaboration with English-speaking partners.
• Writing documents in English.
-Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement concepts (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, etc.).
-Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
-Green belt, an asset
Conditions and Benefits
-Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annual gross + 10% bonus.
-Status: Permanent, 37.5h/week.
