Logistics Coordinator

Our team of supply chain and logistics experts speaks your language and understands your field.
The Logistics Coordinator will join a team of three, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. The candidate will be involved in the daily logistics and warehousing operations in partnership with a third-party warehouse (3PL).
Mission
Receiving and Shipping:
• Prepare customer orders for shipment: verify that customer purchase orders match the orders in the ERP system, including quantities, prices, etc.
• Collaborate with the 3PL warehouse: provide picking sheets, packing lists, labels, bill of lading (BOL), and other customer-specific details.
• Access customer portals: request or create routing, verify purchase orders, invoice, generate labels, and send advance shipping notices (ASNs).
• Receiving: create receipts for incoming shipments, follow up with the 3PL to ensure accurate and timely receipt.
• EDI: process EDI in the ERP system, generate invoices, ASN labels, and communicate relevant information to appropriate parties.
• Tracking: follow up on outbound shipments, whether with the LTL provider or courier system (FedEx, UPS).
• Customs Documentation: create documents, invoices, USMCA (certificate of origin), etc., for cross-border or import shipments by road.
• Shipping Coordination: arrange pickups and deliveries between trucking providers, the 3PL warehouse, and the final delivery destination.
• Internal Reporting: maintain up-to-date reports and logs for tracking and statistical purposes.
Concession Shipping:
• Work closely with the allocation team to communicate any delays in allocation or shipping.
• Ensure the 3PL receives allocation instructions in a timely manner.
• Follow up with the 3PL to ensure pick and pack execution according to store delivery dates.
• Provide tracking information to the allocation team from the 3PL system.
• Communicate and resolve daily issues between the allocation team and the 3PL warehouse.
• Inventory tracking and reporting.
• Communication: advise and resolve daily issues with the Logistics Manager and team.
Your profile
Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize according to deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with various ERP and EDI systems is an asset.
• Ability to work with large databases.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
