💼 Your responsibilities:
📌 Respond to service calls and assist clients across Canada 🇨🇦.
📌 Provide general information and transfer clients to the appropriate technical staff.
📌 Dispatch service calls to technicians using our automated geolocation system 🗺️.
📌 Schedule preventive maintenance and cleaning while keeping the maintenance list up to date.
Your profile
✨ Your Profile:
✔️ 2 years of experience as a dispatcher 🕒.
✔️ A DEP in a related field (an asset 🎓).
✔️ Technical or practical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation programming 🤖.
✔️ Proficiency with computer tools 💻.
✔️ Excellent command of spoken and written French and English 🇫🇷🇬🇧.
✔️ Bilingualism is essential (spoken and written French and English), as the role involves daily interactions with colleagues, clients, and international partners who do not speak French.
✔️ Strong customer service skills and impeccable work organization 🤝📋.
