πΌ Your responsibilities:
π Respond to service calls and assist clients across Canada π¨π¦.
π Provide general information and transfer clients to the appropriate technical staff.
π Dispatch service calls to technicians using our automated geolocation system πΊοΈ.
π Schedule preventive maintenance and cleaning while keeping the maintenance list up to date.
Your profile
β¨ Your Profile:
βοΈ 2 years of experience as a dispatcher π.
βοΈ A DEP in a related field (an asset π).
βοΈ Technical or practical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation programming π€.
βοΈ Proficiency with computer tools π».
βοΈ Excellent command of spoken and written French and English π«π·π¬π§.
βοΈ Bilingualism is essential (spoken and written French and English), as the role involves daily interactions with colleagues, clients, and international partners who do not speak French.
βοΈ Strong customer service skills and impeccable work organization π€π.
