Mission
We are looking for a Logistics and Customs Coordinator for our client located in Sainte-Julie, in the food export sector.
Job description :
- Take charge of the logistics of shipping goods in consolidation for national and international trade shows in which the company participates.
- Collaborate with road and air carriers and international agents to define the necessary conditions for the shipment of consolidations;
- Guide companies participating in trade fairs regarding the procedures to be followed for shipping their goods in consolidation.
- Validate the conformity of customs documents;
- Respond to members' requests concerning customs compliance and regulations for food products;
- Audit carrier invoices and prepare documentation for billables;
- Provide support for the small parcel shipping service and our shipping platform;
- Assist the Director in the development of new services;
- Promote services
Your profile
Skills required :
- DEC in transportation logistics or other relevant training;
- Customer satisfaction oriented;
- Bilingual (French/English);
- Priority management and autonomy;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- 3-5 years relevant experience;
- Knowledge of customs compliance;
