Production Planner
Introduction
As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and optimizing production activities to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the production, logistics, quality, and procurement teams to coordinate and streamline operations.
Mission
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Production Planning & Monitoring
β’ Develop production schedules considering manufacturing capacity and delivery deadlines.
β’ Communicate and coordinate schedules with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
β’ Track production disruptions and propose adjustments as needed.
β’ Verify raw material availability and report any discrepancies to the procurement team.
β’ Analyze performance indicators (produced vs. required quantities, deadline compliance, production line efficiency).
πΉ Inventory Management & Optimization
β’ Monitor and control inventory levels for work-in-progress and finished products.
β’ Adjust stock min/max levels based on demand and production cycles.
β’ Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory records at period-end.
πΉ Continuous Improvement & Management Tools
β’ Analyze performance and propose improvements to optimize production flow and reduce costs.
β’ Contribute to the optimization of planning tools and the integration of new technologies (ERP, Office Suite, etc.).
πΉ Coordination & Communication
β’ Act as the interface between production, sales, logistics, and procurement to ensure strategic alignment.
β’ Oversee the launch of new products and promotional activities.
β’ Participate in supply chain optimization initiatives and various improvement projects.
Your profile
Your Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in operations management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar production planning role.
β
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel) and experience with ERP systems (Fidelio is a plus).
β
Languages: Advanced French, basic English (oral and written).
β
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, autonomy, stress management, initiative, planning, and a global vision.
