Mission
My client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a MRP Data Entry Specialist Coordinator located on site in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the MRP Specialist will perform the following tasks:
Tasks related to order entry:
- Accurately enter orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of prices, delivery times and conditions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth order entry.
- Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
MRP-related tasks:
- Maintain up-to-date MRP system data to support production planning and material procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that required materials are available according to demand forecasts and production schedules.
- Create and revise bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure their accuracy in the system.
- Responsible for training team members and providing problem-solving support for MRP system processes.
Your profile
Skills required:
- DEP in industrial engineering or similar field
- 1 to 2 years' experience or more with MRP systems and order entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Written and spoken French and English to communicate with internal and external customers.
