Mission

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:
Issuing purchase orders to suppliers;
Maintaining and updating supplier compliance files;
Receipt of invoices and correspondence relating to invoices and payments;
Sorting and distribution of invoices to different departments;
Processing, entry and classification of supplier invoices;
Receipt and verification of account statements:
Validation of payments and issuance of checks in collaboration with project managers;
GST QST reports;
Other tasks compatible with its functions

Your profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum five (5) years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
Mastery of IT tools in the MS Office suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
Knowledge of Acomba software
Good knowledge of spoken and written French and English.
Ability to manage priorities while respecting deadlines
Rigor, attention to detail, versatility, autonomy
Ease of adaptation to a changing environment
