Mission
Your function
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an aeronautical manufacturing company located in Saint-Jérôme, a Methods Agent - Permanent position 40 hours per week.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Work on the introduction of modifications or new products in line with quality and operational efficiency objectives
- Analyze changes and define assembly routines
- Build assembly guide and training content
- Co-create jigs and other specialized equipment, supporting production in the proper handling of important processes
- Ensure continuous improvement of equipment and facilities, and participate in balancing operations
- Collaborate with other departments to implement optimal, quality products and systems

Your profile
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
-DEC in industrial engineering or other relevant training
-Fluency in spoken and written French, English an asset
-Experience with CAD software
-Knowledge of manufacturing principles
-Proficiency in Office suite
- Salary: $60k - $80k depending on experience
Weekday position, permanent and face-to-face, full insurance and company RRSP.

- Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing.
- Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.
- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.
