Mission
I am currently recruiting a Methods and Processes Engineer for one of my clients, an automotive manufacturing company located on the island of Montreal.
Permanent position 40h/week - hybrid (3D/week)
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and improve production flows to reduce costs and lead times.
- Implement performance analysis tools (KPI).
- Collaborate with teams to solve technical and operational problems.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
Your profile
Your professional skills :
- Results-oriented and analytical.
- Excellent understanding of industrial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other relevant field.
- 3 to 7 years' experience in methods or process management.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools an asset.
- Bilingualism French/English.
Salary :
85k - 100k depending on experience.
