Your Role

I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of my clients—a manufacturing company specialized in the design and production of industrial machinery and equipment—located in Montreal. We are looking for a Project Manager – Engineering with a strong technical and design-oriented background.
This is a permanent position, 40 hours/week, with flexible working hours.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

-Full management of engineering projects from design to delivery, in direct contact with clients
-Analyzing client needs and developing appropriate technical solutions
-Designing and validating technical drawings
-Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (production teams, clients, suppliers, subcontractors)
-Monitoring project costs, deadlines, and quality
-Preparing technical documentation and progress reports
-Performing other related duties as required

Your Profile:

-University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field
-OIQ membership (an asset)
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
-Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, ideally involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery
-Proficiency in project management tools
-Bilingual (French and English)

Compensation and Benefits:

-Annual salary between $100,000 and $120,000, depending on experience
-Employer-matched RRSP up to 4%
