Mission
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in the design of automated industrial equipment, for a full-time, permanent Mechanical Project Engineer position.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design and develop automated industrial equipment tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the production of engineering deliverables, including manufacturing plans and process diagrams.
- Validate engineering calculations and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage the mechanical design budget and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Work with the purchasing department for component selection.
- Contribute to innovation and process standardization.
Your profile

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks is an asset).
- Experience in manufacturing processes and electrical controls is a plus.
- Bilingual in French and English.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $95k - $115k + bonus.
