Mission
We are looking for a Maintenance Buyer/Planner for our client in Saint-Césaire.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Be responsible for the procurement of maintenance parts;
- Carry out parts research and negotiate purchasing terms;
- Issue purchase orders in the CMMS;
- Follow up orders with suppliers;
- Take delivery of parts
- Carry out criticality and obsolescence analyses of inventoried items and propose necessary adjustments;
- Coordinate the processes for the issue and return of parts to the warehouse;
- Ensure order, tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse;
- Ensure administrative follow-up of subcontractors;
- All other related tasks.
Your profile
Skills required:
- Degree relevant to the position
- Experience in purchasing / warehouse and maintenance management (strong asset);
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) (strong asset) in order to communicate with our national and international partners
- Mastery of the Office suite and facility with internet searches;
- Experience with ERP (asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Sense of initiative and proactivity;
- Creativity and interest in continuous improvement
