Mission
We are looking for a Logistics Agent for our client in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Regularly check your e-mail inbox to see which e-mails contain documentation from our respective suppliers.
- Organize these documents according to their completeness. If the documentation is complete, i.e. includes the Bill of Lading, the commercial invoice, the packing list and any other related or complementary documents. The file can then be created.
- Responding to different drivers and coordinating traffic
- Handle unforeseen logistical issues
- Contact the supplier or buyer if there is an error in quantity or product code, and follow up.
- Perform invoicing
- Work in collaboration with other teams.
Your profile
What our client is looking for in this position:
- DEC Logistics/Transport.
- 1 - 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingualism required.
- Good knowledge of Office environment (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ERP software an asset.
