Mission

I am looking for an Analyst, Procurement Process for one of my clients operating in distribution. Based in Montreal.

As an Analyst, you will be at the heart of supply chain process optimization.
Your objective: to identify areas for improvement, eliminate inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to maximize performance, reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Your responsibilities:
Analyze, refine and optimize supply chain processes to boost operational efficiency.
Evaluate existing systems (ERP, MRP, etc.) and propose concrete improvements to cut costs, shorten lead times and limit errors.
Work closely with procurement, production, logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Design and deploy performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Maintain an active watch on new technologies and trends in the supply chain to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Provide clear reports and strategic recommendations to management teams to support key decisions.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering or related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain process analysis, ideally in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work as part of a team.
Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (Excel, PowerBI, MS Project).
Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with different levels of the organization.
