Parts Clerk – Mechanical Dealership
Introduction
Location: Laval, Quebec
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary: $20 to $25/hour, depending on experience

Mission
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers at the parts counter.
Identify customer needs and provide the appropriate parts.
Manage orders, inventory, and parts follow-up.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing top-quality service.
Collaborate with internal teams to address technical requests.
Your profile
Experience or knowledge in mechanics (heavy vehicles, industrial, or agricultural equipment).
Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
Comfortable with IT tools and inventory management systems.
Bilingual (French/English) – required for communication with certain partners.
